Laura Jordán, principal investigator of CMUS, will participate in the II International Congress of the Peruvian Association of Musicology in Lima tomorrow, Tuesday, August 12. In her paper entitled “Cassette collections, early memories: the Chilean exile listened to by the youth” she will delve into the listening practices of children in exile, the uses of cassettes and the circulation of repertoires in the light of childhood memories.

The Congress is co-organized with the National University of Music, which will act as venue, and will take place from today August 11 to Friday August 15. Check the complete schedule here
