On Tuesday, March 25, a new edition of the Women in Music Conference organized by the SCD took place, this time dedicated to training. Daniela Fugellie, principal researcher at CMUS, opened the event with a historical background talk entitled “The Musicians We Were, the Ones We Are, and We Will Be.” In it, the doctor in musicology reviewed female role models in music in the private and public spheres, covering many different styles: from the classical world to folklore and rock.

Her presentation took place during the first of the two days of this event, which this year focused on training within the musical ecosystem.
