“What do you call ‘Urban Music’?” was the title of the discussion presented on March 23 at the Centex in Valparaíso by Sebastián Muñoz, CMUS associate researcher, in charge of the Fondecyt project “(T)Rap and Technologies.” The event was part of the second edition of the cultural gathering “Hip-Hop on the Open Sea,” which, according to its organizers, seeks to “open a space for learning, exchange, and collaboration among participants, as well as to foster open dialogue on the issues and challenges facing the hip-hop community.”
