Laura Jordán attended the Changing Mediations of Music, Audio and Sound: New Systems Across the World symposium at the University of Denver as a representative of the International Advisory Board of the MUSICSTREAM (Music Culture in the Age of Streaming) project. The event brought together high-quality critical work on emerging forms of music and sound mediation from around the world. On Thursday, June 12, the CMUS principal investigator gave the presentation “Cassette Tapes and Streaming Interaction” as part of Panel 2: “Consumption and Formats.”
