Entitled &#8220;Culture, Politics, and Democracy: The Latin American Challenges of the Right to Culture,&#8221; the researcher posed the question of whether it is possible to speak of cultural democracy by exploring the trajectory of this notion as a guiding paradigm for cultural policies in the specific context of Chile and Latin America.
